Hello!

How are you? This is Part 6 of the collection White Rooms and Secret Stories. This is more of the great writing you did on unique, strange, and interesting scenarios. 

I have enjoyed reading your stories, and am uploading some more examples of your great work here. 

Here's one: 

Beautiful place

A long time ago, this place was very beautiful, the sunset, ocean view, clear sky, and forest. The sunset reflected on the ocean. So it was fantastic. I hoped this beautiful place was kept a guarded secret forever. 

However, a few years ago, advanced technology in the modern world reached this beautiful place. A developer team has transformed this beautiful place. They came at midnight because they didn't want anyone to find them. So they came while we and animals were sleeping. 

Many poles were standing and stretched wires all over the places. The sky became so unbeautiful. No one could see the blue sky, big clouds, or the sunset. We could never see the clear sky how we did before. The forests were cut down. The animals were kicked out of the forests. They lost a place to live.

We an the animals living here were angry. The white tiger in the forest was the king and attacked the people who came to develop this place at the limit of our patience. As a result, people who came to develop this place ran away. We and the animals won! We kept this place. We are going to revive this beautiful place. 

A great story! Here's the next one:

Fantastic gift

The little girl was always crying and timid. She didn't laugh, so most of everyone didn't her smile. She liked being alone. But she always hoped to be bright someday.

In the evening, a white tiger felt so hungry. He looked up into the sky. he jumped and at all the clouds. So there was only a moon up in the sky. A little girl looked the view through the window. She felt a little afraid and closed the curtain soon. But after a while, she thought that is strange, but very beautiful. She opened the curtain, then the tiger stared at her through the window. She was surprised but also stared at him. Suddenly, he began jumping and spinning. She looked the view her eyes opened to. He turned into an airplane and went away to the moon.

Then, she woke up and realized that it was all a dream. She heard big sound of engine from outside. She opened the curtain and looked up in the sky. The airplane was flying freely but so powerfully. The figure was as a tiger. She was crashed on the view. The airplane was making a vapor trail. It drew the shape of a star. She was impressed and at last she smiled. She decided to be stronger and smile more. After, she always smiled and became more bright. She had many friends and did many things willingly. Maybe, that dream was a message for her to change her life. 

That was an inspirational story about change! Let's look at another one: 

My surprised things in travel

One evening, I rode on a train and I went to the airport to go to Thailand by airplane. When I was riding on the train, I could see the beautiful sunset. The sunset looked burning red. 

After I arrived in Thailand, a beautiful woman came to me in the airport. At first, I didn't know her, but I realized that she is my old friend after she approached me. She told me she was getting married, so she invited me to her wedding. She gave me a place to stay for me while I was there. The room was clean, so I was happy, but it felt strange, because she knew I was surprised. 

First, when I opened the closet, I saw a gray closed curtain. I thought this curtain was strange. As soon as I opened it fearfully, I heard the sound of a tiger roaring. I thought I looked at a big tiger's face, but I found that the face was a figure. There was a music player under the figure. Consequently, I thought she must be set in it and she was playing the sound of a tiger roaring. I got annoyed easily, but I laughed. It was glad for me that she didn't change after I couldn't see her. 

A very interesting experience! Here's another:

Strange experience

This is the story of the state of my dreaming. 

At first, I was in unknown room which was a white door. There was no one but me. The room was very big and silent. I thought, "Where is here?" Then, I heard human voice from behind the door. I couldn't believe my ear, but I heard it. "Come here." I was led by the voice. When I opened the door, there was one tiger. I was very surprised and lost consciousness.

When I woke up, the tiger looked at me with concern. I inquired "Why can you speak?" The tiger said to me "I was changed into a tiger by strange man, so please help me. I thought it was Narnia. I couldn't believe it because I felt that can't be true, but the tiger talked about his life in earnest. I believed the tiger and decided to help him. 

I asked him what I should do. He said, "I want you to take me to California. There is some medicine there." We went there and got it. He took the medicine, then he became a black-hair woman. She said "This is really me, thank you very much." 

As a result, I could help her, but we couldn't find the strange man who changed her into tiger. Although I decided to find him, I woke up from the dream world. 

Now that was a strange experience, in a dream! Let's look at another strange experience, in a life: 

Her strange life

There was a beautiful woman in black clothes. The woman looked like a cat when she posed. It was beyond anyone's imagination. One day a tiger jumped out of the black clothes which the woman wore. Is she a human being of the cat family? 

She trolled in the track, and she found the beautiful setting sun and admired it. A train passed it to admire the setting sun. It was dark, and it was hard for her to know where to walk, and she was not able to move from the place. Then suddenly, a huge and long train came through and ran her over. 

She died. However, she was really alive, and she noticed herself becoming a cat. She spends a second life as a cat from now on. 

She has spent a free daily life since becoming a cat. Every free day is fun. However, she cannot speak like a human. Living like a cat is also boring. She was walking along the roadside thinking about such a thing. 

When she was walking, it was evening. It is the same scene as that day. There is a big truck that came to her with tremendous speed. She thought that she would die at that moment. 

She was at home somewhere when she realized. She was saved by a human. When she woke up, the family of the house there was looking at her with very warm eyes. She was relieved. She was taken over by the family and became a member of the family. She lived happily with them. 

What a life! What a story.

Hello and Happy New Year!

How are you? Here is Part 5 of a collection of unique and strange stories I have been gathering up by students over time - I call this collection White Rooms and Secret Stories. I have gathered the best stories and am showing them here. 

Read these and tell me what you think. I have not shown any names of students. When you're finishes, go to the comments section and write some comments on the stories you think are the most interesting. 

Have fun with these! Here's the first one:

Dear my father

While the evening sun is shining brightly, the man proposed marriage to her. They looked up at the sky having no clouds floating. And then she answered, "Yes." They looked happy. They got up, they noticed that it is real things. The man pleasured, and he tells her. "I love you. Where do you go? You want to go anywhere. It is our first traveling called honeymoon!!"

Many months later, they hold a banquet. They are wearing a great white dress and suit. It is a very big one, and many relations celebrated with them. But they understand that married life is hard. So, they think "welcome to the tomb of life." The man and his wife still looked happy. They planned their future. At last the banquet, the woman throws a bouquet. Many women called. "Please give me!!" "No, give me!!" Finally, she throws the bouquet to a little girl. The girl is happy and she is smiling. may good luck come her way! 

One day, they sent me a letter. They went on their honeymoon. Where did they go? Australia, Hawaii, Guam, Italy, or Spain? They look happy now. Ah…, their letter enclosed a picture. There are three people. Man, woman, and baby! 

Then I noticed something else on the letter. "I want to spend a good time with your family." It was from your father in heaven. The letter had been on his tomb with sunflowers.  

Wow! A great and powerful story. Let's see more: 

The ghost story

One day, a couple held a wedding party in their house. They look like they were so happy. Everyone was congratulating them there. Friends and relatives were coming there and the groom's best friend was coming from abroad by the plane. They haven't met for three years. But he didn't attend their wedding because he has a tiger and it ran away to the neighbor's house. 

The bride's name is Kary. She is a perfect woman and is beautiful. The bridegroom's name is Jey, who is a womanizer. They were mystified how they got married. They thought he was reformed in his heart for her. He doesn't know what scary thing will happen to him. 

At the wedding party they planned a game where they did hide-and-seek in their house. It was Kary. She joined Jey and some kids come to the party. Kids were hiding behind the curtain. Bridegroom was hiding in the bathroom. She said, "ready or not, here I come!" On the way, they listened to something hit a voice in the bathroom. They thought about what happened, so they went to the bathroom. Then, the bathroom's door was suddenly hit. They were very surprised when they opened the door. There is a ghost woman. However, they can't see her so well. Jey's body was nowhere to be seen. She is in front of his girlfriend who killed him. The reason was he was a womanizer so she bears a grudge against him. Kary said, "hi sister." 

As a result, no-one knows what has become of him…

Ooh…now that's a scary story! Let's read another one: 

The way to meeting lovers

I am flying on an airplane, but it is too crowded. I wanted to get out of the airplane as soon as possible. But when I was on the airplane I could see the dark moon. Everyone felt that dark moon was beautiful and everyone was watching, and everyone in the airplane went to sleep while looking at the dark moon. 

I woke up from my sleep, and the morning sun came into sight. It has already been seven hours since I got on the airplane. I noticed that in the morning. So I began to eat breakfast and I began to sleep again till arrival to my destination. It will take another six hours to go to meet her by train. 

It was evening when I arrived there. When I looked at the sky with a lot of electric wires, I saw a very beautiful sunset. Then my girlfriend came to pick me up. Thanks to my lover's coming, my fatigue has gone away. We went to various places and had a happy time to have a meal and ride a Ferris wheel. It was the day I felt I wanted to stay more with my lover. 

A great, honest, heartfelt story! Let's see more:

Evening sun

The evening sun is about to go down. If the evening sun go down, the sky will become dark. It's like the end of a day. In the evening it is the time when work or school ends. Train's home rush begins. I finish doing the day's work. 

Seeing the sun, I feel relaxed and I look back on the day. But somehow I feel lonely when I see the sunset sky. If there is something unpleasant or something unlucky, I would like the day to pass sooner but if it is a day I had fun, I will feel lonely that they day will end soon. 

The time seems slower when there are disgusting things. I think that it will pass sooner as it is fun. But the flow of time is not slow or early. It depends on how people feel. I will be such a feeling from evening to night. 

After the day breaks, the sun will appear in the sky again. So a new day will begin. Then expose dazzling sun light and see the clear blue sky, I get a new feeling. I like the sky in the morning it makes me feel brighter this time only. I will be more lively for that time. 

Great! Here's one more: 

Wonderful gift

A wedding was held in December 7th. After this, they started to live together in a new house like a castle. The time they arrived there was midnight but they were excited to live together in the house. So they walked around in the house as if they did an adventure. A few minutes later, they came in bathroom. Then, suddenly, they found someone push a hand to its door. They were surprised and became scared. They also shouted loudly and escaped from the bathroom. At that moment, they heard the woman tell them that she wanted to wait and hear her story and its door opened. They found there was a beautiful woman who was about 25 years old. They stopped to escape and decided to hear her story. They all went to the living room together and she started to tell them about herself. 

When she woke up, she was in the forest with a white tiger. Then she lost her memory and didn't know why she was in the forest. She also didn't know why the tiger took to her. But suddenly, the tiger started to run to somewhere. Then she thought the tiger only knew herself. So she chased the tiger but of course, she couldn't catch up. Then she found she lost herself. After she walked for an hour, she found the house and entered because no one was in. Then she met them.

She told them that she would stay only this night and leave next morning. On the other hand, they asked her what she would do after that. She answered she would look for the tiger. After considering for a few minutes, they decided to look for the tiger together and let her stay here until she found the tiger. She was glad and said "thank you" again and again with tears. 

However, no one found the tiger after a week, a month, and a year. As a result. they had lived with her for a long time, so they thought of her as if she was their child. Therefore, no one ever found the tiger. Perhaps she was the one who might be a gift from God. 

That was an incredible story! Some good writing here.

作文6/6th writing assignment

Hello!

How are you? Today we'll do our 6th writing assignment all in one class - writing a story about a strange, unique, and/or interesting experience.

Now - you remember our pictures from last week. You had to choose at the beginning two (2) of the pictures, and then write a few sentences about them in your notebooks.

Then you had to select four (4) more of the pictures, and add more to your story in 2-3 paragraphs in your notebooks. Here are the pictures again:

Task
Now - all you have to do for our 6th writing assignment is to finish up the writing you did last week. Try to go for 3-4 paragraphs if you can, now typed up on a Word document.

I will look for these things in your stories:

• imagination (想像、考え)
• creativity (創造力)
• cause-and-effect (原因結果) words to connect your ideas like as a result, consequently, or therefore
• correct formatting on your Word document

This will be a little like a writing test, so use your time well! But please also remember that you have done a lot of the work for this story already - all you have to do is make it better and a little longer, and finish it up.

These stories will go into a collection called White Rooms and Secret Stories - so write to the best you can!

White Rooms and Secret Stories (Part 4)

Hello again!

As promised, here's Part 4 of this ongoing series, White Rooms and Secret Stories.  

Now check out this next story! 

When the red sun sets behind the earth, I was in the white mysterious room. This white room has one window, I could see the beautiful sunset in the window. I could not remember why I am in the room. There were not furniture in the mysterious room, but there were white door and a sleeping white tiger. I afraid to be attacked awaked white Tiger, so went to close to the white door and went out the room. My heart beats strongly, but I could go out the white room before it happen anything.

The next room was bathroom. There were a woman’s silhouette in the door of the bathroom, it seemed that she taking a shower. I closed a curtain and waiting her. After she finished take a shower, she appeared from the shower room. She that has black hair and eyes was very beautiful woman. When I saw her, I remembered all. She said, ‘Oh, my dear. Did you remember me?’ ‘Yes, my dear. This house is your house and you are my girlfriend!’ I replied. ‘You and I boarded an airplane to travel and intended to hold a wedding ceremony in the destination. But the airplane caused engine trouble. I thought we will die, but you never gave up and helped me. Though you had got rid of your memory for the accident, I always thank you and always love you’ she said. ‘I will marry you’ I kissed her. Then, we held our marriage ceremony and lived happily.

That was a great one! Now the next two are a little longer, and I've saved them for the last because they're longer - and good! Here's the first one: 

Today, a couple was married. They first met after 5 years ago, they also started to live in the same house together. And then, they have been walking on the way of the life. After one month, they would be going to go to the honeymoon. They rode a plan for another country. This is why amazing story started the beginning. There is a problem in their stayed a lodging. But only one knows it. Who is this lodging’s the master. That problem would be that they are seeing after.

A man of the couple found a white door behind a gray curtain. That was closed by a lock. He wondered that and he asked the lodging’s master. But he only answered “I can’t tell you that. But if you want to know that, open the white door with this key and look at the inside!” A man heard that and got the key from the master. And then, he went to front of the door. He opened it, when he looked at the interior of the room. There was a bathroom. But there was nothing the light. He felt nothing for it. Then the same time, the sun was starting to grow dark. It was a red color then. A woman of the couple was on a street. A town was pointed a color of a red by the sunlight. A man saw a small green the light, it was growing bigger little by little in the bathroom. When the green light was full in the door, a shadow suddenly appeared! He was very surprised and came back to out as soon as he flied. And then, he closed hurry up the white door.

He asked the master again after that. He answered, “That’s a ghost, however, it was a usually woman at the first. She made a contact to be beautiful with a devil as a white beast. That devil seems to have said ‘If you paid your soul, I’ll give you beauty!’ And then, she paid her soul and got the beauty like this picture…” The master showed a picture for me. There was a beautiful woman as if I’ll be falling love her at the moment when I saw it. “But, she became a not human the same as. Now, she is a dead body and she is afflicted with nothing a soul state…”

A man who had heard the story of all went out the lodging with his wife the next day. He talked her all things to disappeared that fear. And then, she said she didn’t know those and never see a white door. He was surprised it and his fear were bigger than after.

However, if one saw the white door, that one will die near future. This fact is not known anybody.

How about that? Now here's the last story - what do you think of it? 

I want to introduce my best friend’s funny story.

In the evening of one day, my friend and his wife caught train. Because they wanted to go to an airport to travel abroad. She had black hair and eyes. Also she often wore cloths of the same color. The sun set down when they finished the procedures for embarkation, rode on it and took their seats. He could see the moon in the night sky. When they arrived their destination, they walked around in the city near the airport to enjoy the sightseeing. After it finished, they went to the zoo.

This zoo was famous that a white tiger came recently and it was the sluggardly tiger. Because it always kept sleeping on the ground. No matter what happens, it doesn’t get up. But the first accident happened! It began to growl. It looked fear to them. People thought it and came in front of the cage. They left with confusion. They tried to calm their-self and went to the restroom. So they couldn’t notice that second accident happened. A person found that he or she didn’t reflect in the mirror. A person amazed and spoke loudly! They ran away from zoo.

In addition they noticed that the time is coming soon to check into a hotel. They could arrive at the hotel witch stay for a few days. They finished checking it and went to their room. He wanted to take a bath early. He asked her permission. She understood it so he entered the bathroom. About ten minutes later, he found that someone was scratched the door of the bathroom when he turned off the shower. He called my wife’s name with his loud voice after opened grey curtain, but there was no answer. He looked back. Just on the moment two arms were thrust on the door!

He screamed in alarm in spite of his-self! Then she opened the door with laughing. She said. ”Did you surprise?” She didn’t stop it still now. “Sure! I thought that an alien invaded this bathroom! ”I retorted strongly. Then she said with amazement. “It’s a very funny story. An alien was afraid of the other aliens!” She left here. He took a shower again to warm up his body. We must be careful more. This travel just began. He swore it in his mind.

What a story! I hope to collect more as I go along.
